Seller Terms

1. Seller eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner of the account you use to sell.
• You must complete our seller application and receive approval before listing items.
• You must provide accurate identity and contact information in your application.
• We may reject or revoke seller status for fraud, policy violations, or high dispute rates.

2. Seller verification

RealmVault reviews seller applications to protect buyers. Approval is not guaranteed. We may request additional verification (including government ID) in future phases. Misrepresenting your identity or submitting false documents may result in permanent suspension.

3. Listings

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of titles, descriptions, prices, and delivery claims.
• New listings go live on the marketplace immediately after you publish them.
• You must deliver orders within the stated timeframe and method (manual, instant, or account transfer).
• You may not list stolen goods, hacked accounts, malware, or items that violate game publisher rules where applicable.
• RealmVault may remove or reject listings that pose legal, security, or reputational risk.

4. Platform fees

RealmVault charges commission of 3%–12% based on seller subscription (free tier: 12%) on completed orders. Fees are deducted before seller payout. We may change fees with notice posted on this page or in your seller dashboard.

5. Escrow and payouts

• Buyer payments are held through our escrow workflow until delivery is confirmed or the order completes.
• Seller wallet balances reflect completed sales minus platform fees.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review, minimum amounts, and available payout methods.
• We may withhold funds during open disputes, fraud investigations, or chargeback periods.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and remitting any taxes owed on your sales. RealmVault does not provide tax advice. Where required by law, we may collect or report tax information.

7. Buyer communication and disputes

Respond to buyer messages promptly and professionally. If a dispute is opened, provide evidence (screenshots, delivery logs, credentials handover proof where appropriate) within the timeframe we specify. Failure to cooperate may result in refunds to the buyer and account penalties.

8. Prohibited seller conduct

• Off-platform payments or attempts to bypass RealmVault escrow or fees
• Account recovery scams or selling items you do not control
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or sales counts
• Operating multiple accounts to evade bans or limits
• Sharing buyer personal data outside what is needed to fulfill an order

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend seller access, withhold payouts, or terminate seller status for violations of these terms, excessive disputes, chargebacks, or legal requests. You may stop selling at any time, but outstanding orders and disputes must be resolved first.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify RealmVault against claims arising from your listings, delivery failures, intellectual property violations, or breach of these Seller Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Seller Terms. Continued selling after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
