Terms of Service

1. About RealmVault

RealmVault.cc is an online marketplace for gaming accounts, in-game currency, boosting services, and related digital goods. We provide listing discovery, messaging, escrow-style order handling, and payment processing through third-party providers (including Stripe).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or complete a purchase.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.
• You may not use RealmVault if you are suspended or prohibited by applicable law.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@realmvault.cc if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

4. Marketplace purchases

• Listings are offered by independent sellers, not by RealmVault.
• Prices, delivery times, and item descriptions are set by sellers and shown on each listing.
• When you purchase, funds may be held in escrow until delivery is confirmed or the order completes per our order workflow.
• You agree to communicate in good faith and to confirm receipt only when you have received what was ordered.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By checking out, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the order total. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. RealmVault does not store full card numbers on our servers.

6. Refunds and cancellations

• Refund eligibility depends on order status, delivery, and whether a dispute is open.
• If a seller fails to deliver as described, you may open a dispute from your buyer dashboard.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
• Chargebacks filed outside our dispute process may result in account restrictions.
• Digital goods that have been delivered or accessed may not be refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated on the listing.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use RealmVault to:

• Sell or buy stolen, fraudulently obtained, or illegally acquired items
• Circumvent game publisher terms in ways that violate applicable law
• Harass, scam, or mislead other users
• Upload malware, spam, or abusive content
• Attempt to bypass fees, escrow, or platform security

8. Disputes between users

Buyers and sellers should attempt to resolve issues through order messages first. Either party may escalate to a formal dispute in the dashboard. RealmVault may review evidence and adjust order status or initiate refunds at our discretion. Our decision in platform disputes is final for purposes of using the marketplace, without limiting rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Fees

Buyers pay the listed price plus any displayed checkout fees. Seller commission is 3%–12% based on seller subscription (free tier: 12%), as described in the Seller Terms.

10. Disclaimers

RealmVault is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific delivery times, or that every listing is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealmVault and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from marketplace transactions or third-party seller conduct. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to RealmVault for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
